These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bf11 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, game participation, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them carefully before using any part of the bf11 service.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the bf11 Platform. bf11 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
3.2 Residency. The bf11 Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. By registering, you confirm you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
3.3 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not register or use the Platform if you are under any form of self-exclusion, voluntary or regulatory, with any gambling operator.
3.4 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bf11 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.1 To access the full range of bf11 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bf11 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
4.3 You must notify bf11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
4.4 bf11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension.
4.5 Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
5.1 All transactions on the bf11 Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bf11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the Platform at all times.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps which are outside bf11's control.
5.4 Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside bf11's control, and bf11 accepts no liability for such delays provided that the relevant payment instruction has been correctly issued.
5.5 All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the Platform. bf11 does not permit deposits to be made and then immediately withdrawn without corresponding wagering activity. Accounts that exhibit this pattern may be subject to review and possible suspension.
5.6 bf11 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; these are your responsibility to investigate and absorb.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bf11 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the bf11 Verification process by submitting acceptable proof of identity and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. bf11 targets processing of all verified withdrawal requests within four (4) hours of submission during normal operating hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
6.4 Withdrawal requests submitted outside normal processing hours will be queued and processed at the next available processing window. bf11 makes no guarantee regarding specific withdrawal processing times beyond the four-hour target for verified accounts.
6.5 bf11 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of unusual size or pattern. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. bf11 will communicate the reason for any hold to the Player within 48 hours.
6.6 Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the balance upon a withdrawal request being submitted.
7.1 bf11 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
7.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply:
7.3 bf11 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after funds have been credited, any winnings derived solely from the use of those Bonus Funds may be voided.
7.4 Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players to exploit offer mechanics, or using automated wagering tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in cancellation of all bonus funds, potential reversal of related winnings, and Account suspension.
8.1 All casino games available on the bf11 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game interface.
8.2 Sports betting markets are offered at odds determined by bf11's trading team. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. A bet is confirmed only once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Player.
8.3 In the event of a technical error — including server failure, software malfunction, or data feed interruption — bf11 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. In such cases, any stakes placed on voided rounds will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
8.4 bf11 shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player arising from reliance on erroneous odds or game results that are subsequently corrected due to a technical error, human error, or third-party data feed error.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bf11 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and possible referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the bf11 Platform — including but not limited to the bf11 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bf11 or its licensed content providers.
10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bf11.
10.3 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights, and bf11 makes no representations as to your right to use such content outside of the normal game-play experience on the Platform.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bf11's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
13.2 bf11 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.3 bf11 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events beyond bf11's reasonable control, including acts of nature, telecommunications failures, and government-imposed access restrictions.
13.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you participate in all games and betting markets entirely at your own risk. bf11 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through the use of the Platform.
14.1 bf11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bf11 reasonably believes that:
14.2 Upon closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bf11 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the Account, including Bonus Funds and real-money deposits, pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited.
14.3 A Player wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting bf11 support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following verification, subject to Clause 6.
15.1 bf11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
15.2 Where amendments are material in nature, bf11 will endeavour to provide Players with reasonable notice via the contact method registered on their Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the bf11 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law as applied to the bf11 operator's licensing jurisdiction.
16.2 bf11 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is compliant with the laws of your country of residence.
16.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between you and bf11 may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Class action claims are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
